Thycattussery St. Antony's feast and pamplemousse

Today (9th Oct 2016) is Thycattusserry St. Anotony's feast. A few decades ago this was an important day for the people around Thycattusserry. The church was very crowded in those days. On this day, Kambili Naranga (Pamplemousse) was the main attraction. Most would return home with at least one on the shoulder.

Today, I could not locate a single vendor of this fruit. No crowd! No traders! The feast has become a quiet affair.

  1. An impressive share! I have just forwarded this onto a colleague who was conducting a little homework on this. And he actually ordered me breakfast because I stumbled upon it for him... lol. So let me reword this.... Thank YOU for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending time to discuss this matter here on your web site. capital one credit card login
